HHR Ranches is located on the west bank of the Snake River and offers incomparable views of the mountains and vast open spaces.
Historically known as the Hardeman family ranch, HHR Ranches was the biggest Wilson cattle brand in operation. Today, the original barns still stand, hosting nonprofit group events.
HHR Ranches is comprised of 27 lots ranging from 3 to 4 acres. Conservation easements have allowed the land to be protected from development and maintain a Western ranch feel. Natural vegetation flourishes; many of the home sites are landscaped with spruce, pine, cottonwood and willows. Home sites are flat and the subdivision features numerous ponds that create spectacular bird habitat and bird watching opportunities. Covenants guarantee that residents’ yards remain clean and orderly.
The neighborhood is near to the bike path system, Fish Creek, restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Jackson.
