Yes, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, “to dump” means to snow a lot, as in “it dumped this weekend”, and yes, dump it did. And last week, and the week before that,- wait- in all of February, really- making it one of the snowiest February’s in Jackson Hole’s recorded weather history.
