Tucker Ranch

With the Tetons as a majestic backdrop and the Snake River in its backyard, Tucker Ranch is a sought-after exclusive neighborhood that has it all, with convenient access to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the Town of Jackson and all of the West Bank’s amenities.  The development comprises 197 acres directly east of the Teton Pines Resort.  Lots range from 4 to almost 10 acres.  Tucker Lake offers exceptional waterfowl and wildlife habitat.  An easement along its west side allows residents to walk along the lake, fish from its shore, and enjoy the peaceful, serene setting.  Privileged access to the Snake River, combined with the Lake easement, offers residents the opportunity to walk a loop throughout the scenic neighborhood.

John Dodge

John Dodge and the neighboring Homestead subdivisions offer mountain views, open spaces, wildlife, and privileged Snake River access.  John Dodge’s namesake once homesteaded in the area.  Developed into 3 to 10-acre parcels, John Dodge was one of the first large parcel, high-end developments on the West Bank.  Innovative planning ensured protected views and a sense of privacy.   John Dodge offers approximately 2 miles of Snake River frontage along which residents may walk, bike, cross-country ski, or fish.

Teton Pines

NESTLED AT THE BASE of the Teton Mountains, the resort stretches out over 360 acres, 200 of which have been preserved as open space, including a golf course. There are approximately 45 acres’ worth of ponds and streams on the property. The water and open space combined draw a variety of wildlife, including deer, moose, trumpeter swans and sandhill cranes. For its location and its many
amenities, Teton Pines has earned accolades from Conde Nast Traveler, Harper Hideway Report and Golf Digest, among others. The centerpiece of the resort is the 18-hole golf course, designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, which offers challenging play in spectacular scenery.

Tennis buffs have a choice of two
clay and six latexite hard courts, five of which are covered over during the winter for indoor play. The resort also has a swimming pool, a clubhouse, men’s and women’s locker rooms, cross-country skiing on the golf course in winter, and fly fishing. A county pathway along the Moose-Wilson Road is great for biking, running, walking and inline skating. Teton Pines lies only six miles west of the Town of Jackson and five miles south of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area. In the wintertime, a complimentary shuttle bus ferries residents to the ski area. As easy as it is to get to all of Jackson Hole’s attractions, one of the aspects of Teton Pines that residents most enjoy is the convenience of the on-site Westside office and shopping complex, which has banks, a grocery store, a liquor store, interior design firms, a coffee shop, dry cleaners, and gift shops.

The Teton Pines neighborhood includes townhomes, cluster homes, as well as larger single-family homes. Residents enjoy beautiful mountain scenery, open spaces, and easy access to everything Jackson Hole has to offer.
